Descriptor Plotting Example

This example exports descriptors for CsPbI3 and plots the resulting distribution of structures.

Export the descriptors

1. Select the structures:

2. Click Export descriptors:

3. Choose the output path.

Plot the distribution

Open plot_descriptor.py, set config and method, and then run:

python plot_descriptor.py
